Special City Council Meeting

May 17, 2010

Present: Damgaard, Strong, White, Jones      Absent:  Weuve

Mayor Taylor called the special meeting to order at 7:30 PM. 

Jones made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Strong – 4 ayes.

Public present.  Discussion was held regarding Curb/Gutter & Intersection Paving. 

Damgaard made a motion to approve Resolution 2010-13 (Approving Contract for Concrete Curb/Gutter & Intersection Paving NOT TO EXCEED $30,640-2 intersections, curb/gutter east side of between Vine/Washington, and driveway replacement), seconded by Jones – Roll Call Vote 4 ayes:  Damgaard, Jones, Jones, Strong.  Motion carried.

Damgaard made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:58 PM, seconded by White – 4 ayes.
