If renter wants to reserve the room the day before to set up, decorate,
etc.
the fee will be ½ of the full price for the room.
Example: Renter has the Community Hall reserved for a wedding reception on a Saturday. The renter would like to reserve the hall the day before (Friday) in order to decorate and set up. The renter has also requested to reserve the hall Sunday morning for cleanup. The price would be $250 for Friday + $500 for
Saturday = $750 total rental fees.

- Holidays Defined: The following days are considered holidays for the purpose of rental pricing: New Years Eve, New Years Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4 th , Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
- 51525 Zip Code: Renters with the 51525 zip code will be allowed a 25% discount.
- Funerals: Free will offering
- Rental Deposit: A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the rental fee will be required to reserve a date. One half of the deposit will be returned if reservation is cancelled more than 30 days in advanced of reserved date. No deposit will be returned if the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the reserved date.
- Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of $250.00 is required as security for surrender of the premises in as good condition as at the beginning of the lease term. All property, including chairs, tables, etc. must be returned to their original location and the equipment/premises are to be cleaned according to the renter's cleaning checklist. The security deposit will be returned to the renter within seven working days after a walk through has been completed after the event by the manager or manager's designee and the checklist has been completed to the manager's designee's satisfaction.
- Riverside Non-Profit Organizations that Contribute to the Carson Community: A damage/cleaning deposit of $100.00 is required as security for surrender of the premises in as good condition as at the beginning of the lease term. All property, including chairs, tables, etc. must be returned to their original location and the equipment/premises are to be cleaned according to the renter's cleaning checklist. The security deposit will be returned to the renter within seven working days after a walk through has been completed after the event by the manager or manager's designee and the checklist has been completed to the manager's designee's satisfaction.
